Faire Booth Information
Approved tents or canopies are acceptable when a merchant first joins us. As the merchant and Faire both grow we expect a permanent booth to be constructed to fit in with our period village. We will need an accurate rendering of your final design for approval, including color choices. A construction manual is being developed. Booth design and construction is easier than you think.
Camping Information
Tent camping is available on site for Volunteer and Merchants only. It will be available on a first come-first serve basis. Camping on site is free, but we would appreciate donations to help us offset our new costs in providing camping this year and in future years. A $50 refundable deposit will be required for each Tent space used or RV parked.
All campers must be of 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Student Sponsors are not valid for camping. Campers are allowed to set up on Friday evening (or earlier if previous arrangements are made, contact the camp coordinator for details. Your spot is assigned to you and if arrangements are not made before you set up, you may be asked to "pull up stakes" and move your camp.
No campers will be allowed to set up on Saturday morning before Faire, if you arrive in the morning, plan on setting up in the evening after Faire closes for the day. R.V's will not be using the main camping area, please contact the camp coordinator to make arrangements. Electric and Water hookups will not be available for R.V's unless there is medical necessity.
You must register and pay your deposit at least two weeks prior to opening day, no on-site applications will be accepted and you will be asked to camp at a nearby commercial campsite. Any R.V's that are parked on site must be removed from site to the parking area by 8am.
